1. Products on this website
This website displays product information and standard prices only. We do not sell products directly on this website. All product orders are handled through our official store on Shopee.
Ordering, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are all governed by Shopee's own policies.
Prices on Shopee may differ from the standard price shown on this website, because of store coupons or Shopee campaigns running at the time.
2. Buying an online course
Online courses are the only product sold directly through this website. Once payment is complete, you will receive your course account at the email address you registered.
3. Course access period
Buyers have access to the course for a period of [specify period] from the date of payment
We may update or add to the course content from time to time. Buyers receive the updated material at no extra charge, within the access period above.
4. User accounts and no account sharing
One account is for one student only.
- Do not share your username and password with anyone.
- Recording, downloading, copying or redistributing the videos and course materials in any form is prohibited.
- The system limits how many devices can be logged in at once. If we detect unusual activity, we reserve the right to suspend the account temporarily while we investigate.
Course videos carry the student's name and email embedded in the image, so any redistributed copy can be traced back to its source.
If we find a breach of this clause, we reserve the right to revoke course access without a refund, and to pursue the matter under copyright law.
5. Course refund policy
Because an online course is a digital product accessible immediately after payment, our refund policy is as follows.

All content on this website and inside the courses — video, text, images and supporting documents — is the property of Maison du Cil Thailand and is protected by copyright law.
The certificate awarded on completion confirms that you passed this course. It is not a professional licence, and it does not permit you to use the Maison du Cil name or logo to advertise yourself as our representative or branch.
7. Limitation of liability
Our courses give you knowledge and technique, but the results you get in practice depend on your own training and circumstances. We make no guarantee of income or business performance.
Students are responsible for complying with the laws and hygiene requirements that apply to lash services in their own area.
