1. What we collect
- Information you give us directly — your name or nickname, email, LINE ID, phone number, and anything you enter in a course registration form, a contact form or a newsletter sign-up.
- Student account data — for people who buy an online course: username, email and course progress.
- Website usage data — the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type, collected via cookies.
We do not store payment details on our website. Payments are handled by accredited third-party providers.
2. Why we use your data
- To deliver the courses and maintain your student account
- To reply when you contact us
- To send news, offers and information about courses and products — only where you have given consent
- To improve the content and the experience of using the website
3. Legal basis for processing
- Consent — for newsletters and marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract — for delivering a course you have bought.
- Legitimate interest — for website security and service improvement.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share what is necessary with service providers who help us operate — email providers, the course platform, payment providers and our host — all of whom are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose data where we are required to by law or by court order.
5. How long we keep your data
- Student account data — for as long as the account is active, plus one year afterwards
- Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe
- Enquiry data — 2 years from your last contact
