But even the most passionate lash artists can fall into bad habits that affect the final result. Whether you&#8217;re just starting out or looking to refine your technique, here are 5 common mistakes \u2014 and how to make sure you avoid them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Using Too Much Adhesive<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca7 This is one of the most common beginner mistakes. While it might feel like more glue equals stronger retention, the opposite is often true. Too much adhesive can lead to clumping, longer drying time, and uncomfortable lashes for the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/strong> Use a small drop of adhesive and dip only 1\u20132mm of the extension base.
